In this example we will add an simple circuit called, "One Hour Cardio". I got this from my siser-in-law Heather Thomson (Team Live Well). She runs this workout, so I figured out how to go about using the app to help with the timing of the one hour cardio exercise.
First you must get to the Main Menu and select Manage Workouts.
Click the green plus button at the lower left of the screen. A
new screen will be displayed allowing you to select what type of
exercise element you want to add.
Click Next to continue.
