Fill in the circuit screen as shown. Entering the name works as you would expect. Entering the number of Rounds can be done in two ways. You can use the on screen keyboard, or you can slide your finger on the entry to make the number higher or lower. Use whichever feels easiest to you.
The plan is to do 4 minutes of running followed by one minute of walking for each repetition. This tells us that the steps for one round will take 5 minutes. Doing this for 12 rounds would then take 60 minues. This is how we break down the workout to enter it as a circuit.
When you have entered this information, click the green plus button to add an exercise to your circuit. Select Exercise from the next screen. Then the Exercise screen will be displayed.
Click Next to continue.
