The screen should now look like this. At this point we are not done editing yet.

Now we will make use of some of the more advanced editing options. Click the "Edit" button at the bottom of the screen. This button acts much like the edit menu of most programs. The menu that comes up when you click on it is context sensitive, just like it would be in a desktop application. This means that if the screen you are on has a list (workout, circuit, workout plan, etc.) then you will see options for working with a list. Choose "Toggle Multi Select".

Now the screen will look like this:

Check both items, then click on the Edit button again. This time, select "Copy". Then you can click Edit and select "Toggle Multi Select" to turn it off. Click on Edit one more time and select "Paste". Now you have 4 items instead of 2. Do another Edit|Paste and you will now have six exercise items.

This could have been done as a circuit if we wanted everything identical. We would have entered a circuit instead of an exercise, set the rounds to 3, and added the jumping jacks and rest exercises. I showed doing it this way for two reasons. 1) It alowed me to demonstrate the multi select, copy, and paste capabilities, and 2) I did not want them all to be identical.

Click the arrow to the right of the last Rest exercise. Change the timing from 20 seconds to 1 minute and 0 seconds. Then save it. Now you can see that the last rest is longer than the previous two. This could have been done by adding a circuit with 2 rounds and the same two exercises, then adding another jumping jacks exercise and another rest period. You can do it whichever way you prefer.

At this point you should click the Edit button and select, "Save All". This will allow you to try out this much of the workout.
